The Watch Dogs: Legion team has released the PC specs for the game ahead of its launch on October 29. Below you’ll find options for 1080p low, 1080p high, 1440p high, and 4K ultra settings. Stem length design rationale

LEGION stems were designed for use in multiple scenarios from complex primary through revision and hinge.

• In order to enable alignment of the new construct with the original joint line, stem lengths are measured

from the joint line, defined by the distal-most aspect of the articular surface of the femoral component.

• For example, using a stem labeled “160mm” yields a final femoral construct length of 160mm from the joint

line to the tip of the stem.

• If an offset coupler is used, the effective stem length is increased by 30mm.

• Same stems are used for the femur and tibia.

Tibial side (shorter taper)

• Tibial taper is 5mm shorter than the femoral taper.

• The shorter taper serves to move offset couplers proximally, mitigating tibial cortex impingement.

• The tibial insert thickness affects the tibial construct length from the joint line to the tip of the tibial stem.

• The shorter tibial taper results in an effective stem length 5mm shorter than labeled, but the insert

thickness affects this number as well.

• For example, using a stem labled “160mm” with an 11mm insert and the thicker hinge baseplate yields

a final tibial construct length of 159mm from the joint line to the tip of the stem.

• Reamers are marked to ream from the distal bone interface of the femur plus 20mm extra.

• Reaming to the depth mark on the tibia reams 20mm more, resulting in a net of 25mm extra depth on the tibia.

Final note: there are three key measurments, and they are highlighted in the figure to the right – 160, 150, and 145.

These highlight the stem length and the length from the tapers on both the femoral and tibial components into the canal.

Appropriate patellar position should be assessed

preoperatively and corrective strategies developed,

if needed. A need to move the joint line distally can

be a common occurrence in Revision TKA, and if

known preoperatively, can save time over adjusting

the joint line after the trial range of motion. An

assessment of the joint line and patellar height

should be completed preoperatively and/or prior to

the removal of any existing components with any

necessary corrections noted. The noted corrections

can then be performed within the intial steps of the

surgical technique – distal resection, A/P block

resections and femoral trial.

Re-establishing the joint line

The image below shows three anatomical landmarks

that can be used during revision surgery to

re-establish the joint line. While there are others,

these three are used the majority of the time as

a quick reference to ensure that the new implants

are recreating the joint line in its proper location.

(Keep in mind the dimensions are appropriate.

They are a quick reference guide).

    LEGION PS box has an anterior wall. The GENESIS II box is shorter in dimension F than the LEGION box by approximately 3.35mm (between 2.5 and 4.2mm).

    GENESIS II CR lugs are removable and can be used with LEGION CR, only on CoCr component. GENESIS II and LEGION femoral components share the majority of the same dimensions. LEGION

    components feature symmetric posterior condyles (equal thicknesses). The GENESIS II A/P dimensions are identical to the LEGION A/P dimensions because they are measured by the lateral posterior condyle.

    Asymmetric posterior condyles allow for external rotation to be integrated into the shape of the implant, offering an alternative to the conventional method of introducing rotation by adjusting the angle of the anterior resection.

    GENESIS II Revision is not represented here.
